SALES POLICY

The prices displayed on the American Recycling Center, Inc. Web Store (the "Site") are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Prices do not include shipping or sales taxes. Products are shipped FOB shipping point, with shipping paid by American Recycling Center, Inc and added to your total invoice price. The customer selects the class of service and will be charged as indicated on the Site.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, American Recycling Center, Inc cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. American Recycling Center, Inc reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.

While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information, availability and product specifications. American Recycling Center, Inc reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted). If we discover price errors, your order will suspended and you will be contacted, given the corrected price information and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order.

To serve all customers properly, American Recycling Center, Inc reserves the right to limit order quantities and to cancel multiple orders of the same item purchased by the same Site user and/or shipped to the same delivery address.

Payment on the Site is exclusively by credit card. American Recycling Center, Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard.


BACK-ORDER POLICY

Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that American Recycling Center, Inc can ship all items at one time. Most merchandise is in stock for immediate shipment and orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours.


RETURN POLICY. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. American Recycling Center, Inc will not accept returns for shipping damage.

If a product arrives defective the customer must notify American Recycling Center, Inc within 10 days of receipt, American Recycling Center, Inc will arrange with the customer to exchange or receive a refund for the product, return shipping charges paid by American Recycling Center, Inc.

Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges, and a re-stocking base charge of 25%. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns not meeting this standard will be assessed additional restocking charges determined at the sole discretion of American Recycling Center, Inc.
